If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, you have 14 days to exchange it provided that the garment is
unworn and has all swing tags intact.

Please do take note that shipping costs are non
refundable and shipping for all exchanges will be for the customer's account.

N.B. Moshwe does not allow for exchanges/returns for customers outside
of South Africa.

Moshwe is not responsible for the
shipping costs of your return or exchange items.

If you have purchased from our
online store, you are required to email info@moshwe.com. Please include your name & order number in the return parcel. Once we
have inspected the exchange items, we will be ready to sort you out with a new
product or store credit. Store credits will be issued within 2 to 3 business
days upon receiving the exchange items.

All items discounted, purchased
on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or
exchanged.

In the unlikely event that your
product is faulty, we are happy to provide a full refund subject to the report being lodged within 14 days from purchase. Once received in our
head office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or an exhange.

To make things simple Moshwe has 4 sizes: Small / Medium / Large / Exra-Large.

All our shorts have an elasticated
waistband & drawstring.

Depending on how you like to wear your shorts, here are our
recommendations: 

S- 28/30,M - 30/32,L - 32/34,XL - 36/38

The fit is more of a slimmer cut, so if you’re looking for a
baggier/looser fit we recommend that you size up by one size. 

We don’t offer gift wrapping, but each pair of shorts comes in its own unique “accessory bag”.

Moshwe use FASTWAY
Couriers, who will be flying all our products across South Africa and will have them
delivered to your front door within a few days.

International Delivery will be chargedseparately and is for the customer's account. Please contact us directly should you require International Delivery and we'll be able to assist.

Please note that custom duties and taxes vary from
country to country and the customer/receiver is fully liable for these costs. Please make sure you are aware of these costs before purchasing as no refunds will be given if delivery is refused.

Once you have paid online
using your credit card, EFT, SnapScan or other payment method - you will get an automated email confirmation. As soon as one of our nifty employee's processes and packs your order, you will receive another email with your shipping details.

Every print we do is limited to 100 per print - so it is possible that we have run out, but always feel free to email or call us and we will do everything we can to get you your perfect pair of shorts.
